We worked with Kevin Stokes in the winter 2018. We requested Kevin to assist us with finding a house in Old Town Niagara on the Lake to purchase. We made a decision to retire in the spring of 2018 from our jobs and planned to relocate from our condo in downtown Toronto to NOTL.
We had indicated to Kevin that it may take a few months to sell the condo in Toronto as the market was slow at the time. We listed at the end of January 2018 and SURPRISE, the condo sold in two days with a firm offer.
We immediately connected with Kevin and he was kind enough to spend most of his time with us the following three weekends in February. Kevin provided with a solid choice of properties to see. A couple of properties we requested to see a second time and Kevin arranged those visits quickly. We also experienced some of the coldest weather of the winter including periodic snow squalls on both weekends. Kevin's great sense of humour kept the mood light as we were travelling around town visiting properties.
Kevin had a very good "feel" for what we were looking for in a property. By the third weekend in February we were in his office preparing an offer on a property that was accepted.
Kevin's administration of the entire process of purchasing the property was detailed and well organized. His communication skills were outstanding as he kept us updated on a regular basis through the four months we were working with him.
On April 30, 2018, we both officially retired, closed on both properties and moved all on the same day. When we arrived at the house in NOTL there was Kevin Stokes on the front porch with keys in hand, welcoming us to NOTL.
We would highly recommend Kevin Stokes to anyone who is interested in selling or purchasing a property.

Kevin was recently our agent for the purchase of our NOTL property and also acted as our agent for the rental of that property after the purchase.
